Register

Registration is free, fast and open to anyone. This archive is provided by ASSC with the aim of promoting the scientific study of consciousness and by making the work of members of the association freely and easily accessible to interested readers.

The contact (name and email) details that you will be asked to provide during registration will not be redistributed. This information is required by the ASSC eprint committee to allow us to provide you with the full range of benefits provided by this eprint archive.

If you would prefer not to register you will still be able to search and download articles, however, you will not have access to the registered user benefits outlined below.

Only ASSC members (full members and student members) will be allowed to submit papers to be deposited in the archive. If you would like to find out more about becoming an ASSC member go to http://assc.caltech.edu

Benefits for registered users

Registered user will be able to access the registered users area where they can set up subscription options, such as requesting email notifications when new eprints are placed in the repository.

Archive submission

If you are currently an ASSC member you will, in addition, be able to manage and submit your own eprints to the archive (this option will be enabled within a few days after you register). All submissions will be reviewed by the eprint committee. If the review is successful your eprint will be deposited in the repository, if it is unsuccessful it will be returned to you with comments.

Note: Because this archive is freely available, all submissions to the archive that have not been published in open access journals must be submitted in unformatted preprint form. A list of all open access journals is available at the Directory of Open Access Journals http://www.doaj.org
